Wastewater Program

Going Paperless (co-presented with Hach Company)

Going Paperless will focus on the data management challenges that water quality laboratories face daily and highlight examples where technology is being used to eliminate manual and paper-based processes, resulting in higher lab efficiency and data quality and lower operating costs. This vision of reducing paper by automating lab processes also will result in helping water and wastewater organizations achieve their regulatory compliance requirements and make it easier to generate historical data for audit and traceability requests. ATL and Hach will also talk about how their lab automation technologies work together towards achieving a paperless data management environment. In addition to the significant quality benefits, leveraging automation has numerous benefits including cost reduction, improved job satisfaction rates (leading to lower turnover), and real-time updates, better communication, and enhanced operational efficiency.

During the day, ATL will be exhibiting its market leading LIMS solutions, Sample Master® and TITAN®, along with its integrated web portal (Result Point®), field tablets for data collection products (Sample Master® iMobile and TITAN® iMobile) and instrument integration services. ATL can also discuss Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) or cloud deployment for clients that wish to leverage a hosted, managed LIMS solution.
