While 2020 was a difficult year that many of us would like to forget, it was not without successes, wins, and achievements. We at ATL are grateful for our users, partners, and industry professionals we’ve connected with this past year. We are proud of the important work you do to keep people safe and healthy. All of us should be proud of our accomplishments in 2020. Here are a few of note that we’d like to highlight.

And speaking of virtual—we took our popular Boot Camp online, and it was a hit! In October and November, we held virtual sessions of our Sample Master® and TITAN® intensive training. Travel can be a challenge for most of our users under normal circumstances, so the switch to online training was well-received. We kept things fun with icebreakers and contests.

To further our efforts to stay connected, we launched our blog, Accelerating Automation. Be sure to subscribe to be notified of new posts.

We hosted 14 exciting webcasts, presenting updates in LIMS, laboratory automation, and case studies to thousands of viewers.

Confident Cannabis and MYMSA joined our partner network, increasing our reach in the Cannabis industry and Middle East region, respectively.

On the product front, we delivered Sample Master® v 10 with improved features including enhanced chemical inventory and traceability. We released a new version of TITAN® with many new updates and features that were requested, along with special features for our water quality and manufacturing clients. We delivered enhanced integration of Monitor Plus for wireless environmental monitoring in Sample Master and TITAN®. Result Point® was updated with user dashboard and additional user functionality. We also launched Excel Express for Sample Master and TITAN® for data acceleration.

ATL was extremely busy helping clients to move their laboratory data management operations virtual to allow remote access for all of the laboratory staff. We have deployed countless SaaS (cloud-hosted) LIMS implementations over the year.

We assisted many laboratories that were in the midst of managing their SARS-CoV2 testing to help combat the current pandemic. We are grateful for all of our clients in the essential services, whether in frontline pathogen testing or in the food and beverage industry or our utilities clients keeping the water, sewer and electric flowing! We appreciate your hard work and commitment.

And finally, we were recognized by the AWWA with the Silver Water Drop Award, commemorating our 25 years of service to the water industry. We are proud of our work with the AWWA and our commitment to this vital industry.

As we reflect on 2020, we remain grateful to have built solid relationships with our users, partners, and industry professionals. There is much to celebrate, and even more to anticipate in 2021.
