2021 Year in Review

Goodbye 2021. Another year of success, wins, relationship building, and science at its best. We came together to overcome the challenges of a continuing pandemic, developed new ways to effectively connect, and remained focused on the important work our customers and their constituents rely on. With safety as a primary concern, the analytical labs we work with found the tools and expertise they needed consistently delivered by ATL professionals.

We are proud of our accomplishments in 2021. Here are a few of note that we’d like to highlight.

Restrictions loosened up somewhat, but we did rely heavily on virtual events in 2021. Our thought leaders were still available to you, sharing critical LIMS information at the following forums:

  • Virtual PITTCON 2021
  • 2021 Cannabis Sciences Virtual Event
  • 2021 FSEA Virtual Spring Conference
  • 2021 Laboratory Automation Virtual Event
  • 2021 California Environmental Laboratory Accreditation Program (ELAP) Conference
  • 2021 Virtual WEASC Laboratory Workshop
  • 2021 National Environmental Monitoring Conference (NEMC)
  • NEW! Techtextil of North America 2021
  • Indiana WEA Annual Conference
  • 2021 FSEA Fall Conference
  • Virginia AWWA/WEA Water Jam
  • Pittcon Virtual Learning Lab

Virtual training remained a popular offering. We added vILT (virtual instructor-led training) for more flexibility to meet our users’ schedules. Our sold-out Boot Camp was also delivered online, and it was a hit! In the Fall, we held virtual sessions of our SampleMaster® and TITAN® intensive training. Additional sessions are scheduled in early 2022.

We hosted 14 exciting webcasts, presenting updates in LIMS, laboratory automation, and case studies to thousands of viewers.

LabForward joined our partner network, adding the ELN LabFolder to our offerings.

On the product front, we launched a new support portal for TITAN featuring a knowledge base, videos, community forum, and other helpful resources. A new Sample Master portal will be unveiled soon. Service Packs offered new features and functionality. We also introduced Data Accelerator, a tool designed to allow users an easy way to upload files to the Cloud, as well as move, copy, and download folders from the Cloud automatically.

ATL continues to be actively involved in our local community. We hired several interns through Sandhills Community College’s program in the Spring and Fall, with plans to participate next Spring as well. We also co-sponsored the first Pinehurst BBQ Festival and hosted a booth to meet and greet our neighbors.

Thank you for your support of ATL! We look forward to working with you in 2022.

We’d like to hear about your wins this year in the comments below.
